Free shipping for purchases over €80.00.
Normal delivery
ZOUZOU e-shop cooperates exclusively with Courier Center as the provider of courier services to deliver your orders.
Greece:
Delivery in 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping costs for purchases below €80.00 are as follows:
- up to 23 kg weight (actual or volumetric) is €3.99 within Attica, €6.99 outside Attica
- over 23 kg weight (real or volumetric) is €8 within Attica, rest of mainland Greece €8.61 and Island Greece €11.07.
The cash on delivery (COD) service is an additional €2 to the total cost of your order. COD service is only available for orders up to 23 kg weight (actual or volumetric)).
Cyprus
Shipping costs for purchases under €80.00 are €17.80.
Free shipping for purchases over €80.00.
International delivery
At the moment we do not ship internationally.
Collect from ZOUZOU Toystore
If you are in Athens you can collect your order from our store ZOUZOU, we will be happy to meet you!
If your products are readily available in our store, you can pick up your order within an hour; otherwise we will need a couple of days to complete your order. Once your order is ready we will contact you as you prefer, either my phone or email.
Please bring a digital or print copy of the confirmation email and an ID. If someone else is coming, they’ll need a copy of the confirmation email and an ID to grab the order. This way we know who’s picking it up.
